In addition to your statutory rights, unwanted goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return postage for unwanted goods. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
If you purchase online, by telephone or by mail order, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return them.
Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we will refund the item price and the cost of standard delivery. Additional delivery costs for an enhanced service are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.
Goods made or altered to your specification, including personalised or custom-built items, cannot normally be returned because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or supplied incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights and will cover reasonable return costs where applicable.
Please contact us if you would like an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. For change-of-mind exchanges, customers are responsible for return postage and the cost of sending the replacement item.
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider. We may ask for proof of purchase.
